VIRGIN DOUBLE SPEED

Was wondering if anyone else on Virgin Cable services has actually had their speed doubled yet? As I'm on the base 10MB package I'm looking forward to the upgrade. As Virgin has put out a big advertising campaign with ussain bolt you'd think they'd live up to their promises, but it's looking doubtful.

The website states my area should be upgraded MARCH-APRIL 2012, but i've seen nothing as yet.

Has anyone any insight as to whats happening?

Yes, I called on Tuesday and my upgrade occurred on Thursday.
