Superhub wifi dropping out

Seem to be having an issue with the superhub. On default wireless settings, it keeps dropping the wifi signal for about 5 seconds. Seems to be especially problematic when I'm pushing a lot of data over it.

Is this a known issue? I'm going to try to put it on 5GHz to see if that solves it.

Almost any problem with the "Super" Hub is a known issue, unfortunately.

Currently, the only half-reliable operation for Super Hub with R36 is in modem mode (where you follow it with your own router). Even then, I have to power cycle my Super Hub every few weeks - and, believe me, I'm doing well!

There is supposed to be an even newer firmware than R36 available in the (near?) future which will allegedly fix all the problems that R36 was supposed to fix from earlier releases, and those it ended up causing...

You might want to look into getting a replacement for your SuperHub, when in modem mode it never needs a power cycle for me.
