take a look here

..........Today I had a very long and I have to say very honest chat with someone at the CEO office and I now feel assured that staying with VM is a good thing. All I've ever wanted is someone to be like she was today, open, honest and upfront. Brilliant......

So do you have a point? that post is unrelated as it refers to the actual service not the people who work there
Ah - I see you mean this sort of excellent staff...

Train their so called "managers" to actually take to customers like customers not pieces of [censored].

Be glad to leave this lame pathetic excuse for an ISP.

Thanks for doing your bit to keep this normally quiet area of the forum busier with your temper tantrums, it's good smile

From this to 'lame pathetic excuse for an ISP in 4 days.

You're pretty bipolar and volatile, and have now caused this song to be stuck in my head.

Again - never happy and as nobody on this forum can follow your inane posts we're probably glad that you are off.

Always happy to be of service.

When your feelings about your ISP next swing to another bipolar extreme please feel free to share, thanks!

Make your mind up mate. If a particular call centre staff member did something you didn't like, are you making a complaint about it? Because if you're not, why moan here?

You say the ISP is decent, then they're a lame pathetic excuse for an ISP, based on one call centre chimp (and I say this as someone who worked in plenty of call centres in my twenties...) saying something you didn't like. Take your meds [censored].

Agreed! Customer service need to learn to value their customers.

I see that a few days ago you got a great customer service and you posted here very happy.

That's the problem there's no constancy with virgins customer service. Same with many providers... You are not bipolar you just got good service one day and terrible another from the sounds of it.

He might not be bipolar but if you look at his previous posts he is never happy with any ISP. Just screams and shouts at anyone who dares to challenge him.

WTH does Americans have to do with it? Are you saying VM was all fine and dandy with their clued up Indian call center staff before they were sold?

No I am saying that if they pull all their customers in line like they were talking to we would have 150/15 which is standard.

UPC's top package is anything from 100/5 to 150/10, with different upload and downloads but none greater than 150 down or 10 up, I can't even see where they offer the service you're describing.

What's the standard you're referring to?
