Superhub max speed

[link to this post]

I spoke to an engineer the other day and he told me that Virgin done a test on the Superhub with an unlimited config file. He said it maxed out at 600 mbps. So there is room for future speed increases.

Given the Superhub only carries at most 8 channels at 50Mb capacity per channel that'd be very impressive indeed.

TLDR: Don't believe what field engineers tell you.

And have you heard the one about "assume", it makes ... smile

He might just have been talking about router throughput rather than WAN bandwidth. Not all field engineers are bad.

Okay; giving the benefit of the doubt measuring router throughput requires an uncapped configuration file why, Sir?
