Well they have started cutting back the work force the last I heard, Money savings time now...

But saying that, the engineer I had turn up at mine at 9 in the morning said I was his first job and he had another 2 to do so not much work being done on there part by sounds of it.

Well they changed the port in cabinet or whatever the coax connects to, and re-cut the cable.... and since he left its looking a lot better,.

yeap, had a feeling it wasnt over utilization as it just started out of no where.. and was random...

seems a dodgy connection somewhere, possibly a dodgy port in the cab

not a very good monitor very large blue high ping. well, that virgin media for us

His graph is ok, mainly just because he was downloading, though he is in a busy area but coping well
