Maybe they do, but I can't understand why I can FTP the same files to my space at Telehouse 3 times faster than I can to the radio station server. It matters not what time of day or night, same results. If FTP and/or P2P are being limited then it would apply to all such transfers ?

The server people say their end is fine, they can upload happily. They pointed the finger at my ISP.
