Sorry to rant but this is so wrong

went from 50 to 200 at midnight just gone.- getting less than 18mbps i know its Sunday but god its really bad. I want to go back to 50. Why do they keep selling these over subscribed areas?

Hi. Did you get sorted?
I had same and phoned them up.
They got me 100 quid credit and promised fixed within 2 months (exchange upgrade)

Was fixed and got 180mbps for a then 200mbps deal.
Be good to keep checking on this and moan to
Technical folks.

They are losing the plot to me. Whilst I (finally after 2 years of suckyness) have no issues or complaints about their BB where I am, their lack of willingness to sell me a TV package really got my goat - website offers page broken, phone tell me to pay 55% MORE than a new customer OR pay up and leave for 6 months.

Giving Sky £80 a month now instead, problem solved, but I agree some things really have gone down with VM
