unable to ping or traceroute nw london area

Is anyone near north west london area of Virgin Media cable ex NTL having problems performing an trace route or ping? Is been happening for about a week.

over a maximum of 30 hops:

3 * * * Request timed out.
4 * * * Request timed out.
so on and so on

Also tryed my Laptop into modem mode but no luck so both PC and Laptop are facing the same issue, Also it looks like incoming pings are blocked

Noticed problems with my connection routing through Basildon. Tracerts and pings time out going through the centre there and wake up again when it goes through the backend core pipes.... Strange, very very strange.

For what it's worth I am on Zen FTTC in Dorset and can't ping or tracert google.co.uk.

100% loss on pings and tracerts all time out.
