VIrgin Package XL - HD?

I know this is not specifically a broadband question, but I just got a package from Virgin with 200meg broadband, and the TV XL package with Sky sports and Sky movies. When I rand up I specified I wanted HD but I do not appear to have Sky Sports or Movies in HD. I have things like Sky One, E4, BBC.

With the XL package and SS / SM should these not be in HD? Just want to check before I ring them up.
