I believe vm are rolling out the puma 6 latency fix to some users.
If you’ve not already maybe phone them up and get them to push the firmware update your way early.

My only real thoughts are how the hell did this device ever get in the hands of end users in this state, the latency issue even affects LAN" traffic.

My opinion is that it is still unfit for purpose, and that internal LAN side issues have only got worse since the 'attempted' fix...

Can't get TV and Phone to communicate, now having issues streaming stuff despite 200-300mbps being available...

I hate not being able to get FTTC anymore, and that sub 2mbps adsl round here.
