Regularly the Vivid 100 goes offline and there is noticeable slow down then rebooting the Virgin Hub which is modem mode resolves the problem. Today has been the worse here is a snapshot

Calling Tech support has not been very fruitful the number of times this has happen, they state reboot and the problem lies with the Asus RT-N66U switching to Virgin Hub router the same issues occurs. Any thoughts?
