Anyway to find

Is there anyway to find out which area you would fall under.
I'm trying to find out if it's worth starting Virgin at a new address. From WiFi testing at house. There is one person showing virgin usage and a lot of not using it. So I can't work out who it is to go and ask....
£85 for a year gets me more than sky, which costs a lot more.
Internet is my main worry on the speed side.

Tried searching, but can only find you can get 200 speeds.
