Order - Broadband 100MB, date - 08.12.2015, three installation dates (all canceled 24h before the date).
Uncounted phone calls, due to lack of action I have contacted CISAS. After a while, it ruled in my favor.
Letter from Tahli Potts (Executive Complaints team) dated 10.11.2016, apology and promise to fulfill contract obligation ( installing broadband ) + compensation as CISAS requested.
So, 06.06.2017..... still, no broadband... nothing.
Any time I call Virgin Media I get passed from person to person, no one seems to be taking ownership of the case.
Where do I go from there?
Ps. To cheer me up Virgin Media keep sending me 'special offers' via post (this is just cruel)
