Virgin Up Time

Hi

Is it nomal for the up time in the 3.0 modem under info in the router page to reset after a number of days.

I am finding the maximum up time for my virgin router is around 20 days which resets to zero.

Is this normal or do I need to call them?

If it's not causing any issues in operation, IE the connection isn't actually dropping, there seems little point in spending your valuable time trying to get across to the folks on the phone that there's a cosmetic issue with the modem firmware.

The uptime resets after a few days. The usage always seems to reset after 4GB

Just some glitches, but nothing that seems to affect the service the most important thing
