The VM account we have is in my wife's name; she took it out when she wanted Virgin tv only. We have now added broadband and phone to the package.
We now want to change the account holder to account holders i.e. add me to the account. Is there any reason that Virgin would ask that we take out a new contract or would jthey ust add my name as an account holder.
Has anyone any experience of doing this?
