Virgin Media Engineer left cabinet open

I just walk to the spar shop and saw there is two virgin media men working at the cabinet but they both went back to the van and drove off. Couldn't believe they left the cabinet door open and not bothered to lock. But, I don't care anyway because I don't have cable broadband.

The local VM cabinet is very battered and the lock does not work so a yellow and black striped sticky tape is wrapped around the box to hold the door shut.

At least it has a door unlike a number around here (SW9 6).
