intermittent wireless on hub 3.0

morning all - I've had my wifi connection drop a few times today - visible (or rather not) on a couple of devices - wifi goes down for around 10 minutes, then returns. Status on the front of the router sometimes OK during this, sometimes I can see the green wifi and/or transmit (arrow) icons lit up - like when rebooting?
Any thoughts on how to diagnose further would be most welcome - thanks.
ps am in CB1 8NJ if that helps.

Could this be connected to your symptoms?

thanks @brunel that sounds very likely.
I'd had a look on Virgin's own support site but didn't find anything useful!
