Speed Uplift/Volt Benefits

Hi

I received a news hub (4) today to take my broadband speed from 660 to Gig1 as part of the Volt benefits.

I'm not seeing an uplift in speed since I installed the new hub, is there a delay or should it be instant?

I upgraded from M350 to Gig1 last weekend and I was getting the full speeds within 15 minutes of installing the new Hub4.

I think it's a fault. Got a VM engineer coming tonight. Haven't had any broadband since Friday.
