Had issues all day its become stable and the change in the graph is concerning

It doesnt seem to be nationwide, I had a routing change visible for the dip in base latency, but not the high increase you guys had.

Last night web browsing was slow though on some sites, the spike on my graph I think is when I ran a speedtest (which came out max speed both ways and good latency).

Surely your graph looks absolutely normal for a Virgin Media connection.
