Intermittent Dropped Packets on BQM

[link to this post]

Towards end of March, started seeing dropped packets intermittently on BQM. It can run clear for days and then randomly start showing drops, running through the day but then clear the next day.

It has started today in the early hours as per below:

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/...

I'm using a hub 4 in modem mode with my own router (Fritzbox) behind this. The error stats on the hub are completely clean.

Anyone else seeing similar? I am in London SE3 (off Lewisham).

To me, it looks like something in the VM (or their peers') network(s) but not sure.

thanks
Simon

Ok for me in the GU14 area. See live BQM in signature. The red line at 5am was me, not Virgin.

Well, suddenly the dropped packets stopped on 11th April around 2am (after pretty much exactly 24 hours) and BQM is now clear.....
