Packet loss and short disconnects

[link to this post]

I've been having lots of issues lately with short disconnects, and packet loss, it seems to be almost everyday, although sometimes I can have a "good" day. Everytime I check on the VM website there's no area issues, but when I run a test on my end a good 80% of the time I get intermittent signal in your area. I've had two engineers out who have said my line is completely fine. I was just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this lately?

Check my post about my experience. I have packet loss every 6 minutes since January and they haven't been able to fix it. If it's of a similar nature they'd definitely struggle to diagnose it as they don't have the tools.
I suggest you start with basic tools like running a Ping to google.co.uk to see if there's any pattern to the disconnects and also try PingPlotter as it can map it out visually.

My internet never has been that great anyways but since March time it's just been very annoying as I can tell it's super awful. My disconnects can maybe happen a couple of times a day, but it's the packet loss which has been just so annoying, robotic voices in calls etc

I usually check my hub status and see I've got lots more of Rs errors and T3 timeouts added too when I am having issues, The last engineer I had said the next step was to get a new router, but I doubt that's gonna help.

You need to setup a BQM to monitor and record your incoming circuit.
Head over to the VM Forum and post a link to the BQM.
Also post your full set of power levels including the RS errors and Network log.
PreRS errors can be ignored, but the PostRS errors should remain at zero on a good circuit.
