Virgin Media Full Fibre upgraded?

There is work in my area soon. I think it to do with replaced with HFC to Full Fibre rolling out? If yes, it might trigger Openreach to bring out full fibre soon?

I'm just off the dog with Openreach. They called me about an FTTP enquiry. It was news to them that Virgin is available to me. Virgin FTTP runs through the Openreach ducts here. I'll get back to you if that triggers an Openreach build here. Don't hold your breath!
