Packet loss and total loss in CR2 area since Oct 2023

Since October 2023 I've been experiencing some packet loss and more recently total dropouts on my VM Cable broadband. The issue has progressively worsened, recently I am getting total loss of broadband at certain times almost daily. I have a Hub 4 and am on M350 cable package in South Croydon CR2 region. Image of today's graph below. Anyone else having these problems?
