I've noticed when streaming, I'll get dropped from the stream every hour (on the hour), and I tracked it down to the SamKnows tool, doing a hourly test on my hardware. Now, VirginMedia say this can't be turned off and seem to be unaware of anyone else with the issue.
I've done my own tests, removed the cables, turned off wifi, new 10gb network cable, new unmanaged hub and even tried a brand new (spare) fibre optic cable to the wall. Same stats as shown in the results here:

I'm just wondering does anyone else have this issue, and if so, have you fixed it? got a workaround?
If not, then I can't see any use for VirginMedia Gig packages as a reliable streaming ISP!
