But it's gotten worse since then and it's quite frustrating, especially when you're working from home and you're remoted onto users' machines and talking to them through teams, when it drops, it's an absolute pain
This issue happened once several years ago, I put up with it for months after having several new routers sent out, having the wiring in my home re-done twice (they said explicitly that the thinkbroadband monitoring was not valid evidence to outages which I found really annoying because they correlate 1:1 with my ping logs from my computer to the internet), it wasn't until I said that the quality of the service was so bad I was going to leave and put a complaint in did they actually go outside and fix whatever the issue was
They've sent out a new box which I installed, and they've booked an engineer for next week, but what do I do to convince the poor soul it's not the router, it's not the cabling in my home, it's something else outside?
