I too am experiencing outages in the BL7 area as of early today (27/04/2020). It's happened about 3 times since 5pm (17:17, 20:10, 21: 25).

In my experience it is good to create a broadband monitor to share with VM if they need to see 'evidence' of our net drops. Here is mine:

Strange to see a nationwide thing like this. I can put up with the blips, unlike sky who took 24hrs the other day to sort their network here in N.Ireland

Twitch and Netflix having issues too

Its odd it seems to be failing at 15 mins past the hour.. every hour almost.

Just had another outage 23:17 to 23:20. It does seem to be roughly quarter past every hour.

What could cause an outage at the same time every hour? its over my head!
