Well, it looks like Vodafone have cancelled the order - just enquiring why at the moment.
I've asked for the order to be manually re-created...
So far, it hasn't exactly gone to plan

This could be an opportunity for their customer service to shine.... (or not!). Will be interesting to see how this pans out.
I'd consider leaving sky for Vodafone - nothing like saving some cash, but the Sky Fibre server has been pretty good to me, so I'm a tad scared about leaving!

Indeed - online customer support has been no problem. It's just their system thats causing problems.
Oh, and at the moment, it looks like the £49 setup isn't being charged :

Oh no, not good, this is a reason why I worry about moving that it will go belly up and I will be left with no internet.

*breath*
hahahaha.
Hopefully it's a different team to the one that looks after their mobile customers. If it wasn't that I need a signal booster I'd ditch them in a heartbeat. Shambolic is the word that springs to mind for that shower.

I've got a confirmation that the order has been... re-ordered, so we'll see if it goes through this time...

Worth noting that EE now support native WiFi calling which works fine.
Vodafone is not the only choice

Once upon a time maybe, but now that EE's support is UK based only I find them to be pretty good. Certainly far better than Vodafone and Three.

Customer Service has always been UK based for me when I call. Only PAYG customers go to an off shore call centre.
The only complaint I've had the executive team corrected in around 12 hours.
Speed wise I get 100Mbps speedtests in zone 2 central London and 20Mbps Oxford Street.
I use VF as well for a work handset, it's ok but much more 2G and a severe lack of 3G / 4G in places such as the east coast virgin train line.
