Probably. Whatever the reason I don't have any plans to change my phone at the moment so that rules out wifi calling.

Do you stream a lot? It would be nice to hear how it copes with video and audio streaming, certainly now that I have got a Audio and video google cast.

I have heard that Vodafone is going to do a soft launch of a TV service, not sure how that will go. so expect emails and letter about that once it is up and running.
I had another letter yesterday from Vodafone about their broadband, well a leaflet, I stopped the emails and the text, but they still send leaflets.

Are you on vodafone for your mobile phone?

Did you get connected? I was thinking about signing up with them as I don't want to change my phone line but not read much about them until I got to this forum.
