You can now get your logon details ?

According to a post on Vodafone forums you can now get your logon details to use your own router

In reference to forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Broadband-Home-Phone/HOW-TO-Use-a-third-par...:

On Firday afternoon Vodafone UK sent a corporate email telling their support team that they can now give out Broadband username and passwords.

Ring VF on 08080034515 and get your username and password. The support team member then emailed me my Log in info.

Apparently they are only given if you have a BT approved VDSL modem. There is a list here http://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/2016/02/entanet... so a quick fix would be to tell them you have a Zyxel VMG1312-B10A.

Thank you for the information. I now might well be temped to become a customer when my existing contract expires in September!

I tried everything then discovered for my ASUS router my username had to have @broadband.vodafone.co.uk after it!!!! then it worked

I got my username and password from Vodafone after a couple of hours I still could not connect using my ASUS DSL AC68U router.

I then discovered I had to add @broadband.vodafone.co.uk at the end of my username! then it worked eg username [email protected] then your password then I could log in it took me ages to find that out! PS that's not my username (not that new) Does that help?
