Price increases

From August, the internet bill will change from £28 to £32 a month. This is still cheaper than Plus.Net though (by £1.50 a month).

Lauagble really as the specifically promised no price rises for the duration of the 18 month contract and yet here we are, 6 months in with an increase.

Still, at least they're being good about early terminations, it's allowed me to set up and early migration to IDNet. (My priorities have changed from cost to quality)

I've had no real with Vodafone... I was surprised the price increase was so soon though...

I think I've got around 10 months left on my contract - there isn't anything cheaper at the moment to make me want to move

Even if there is anything cheaper, will it work out cheaper by the time you pay for connection which can be about £50 on some providers?

I looked around as I am on Plusnet and price wise I would not save much over if anything over an 18 month contract. May be best to stay with who you are with but try to get a better deal.

Probably wouldn't either. The contract has another year or so to run, so can't get anything better with the current contract yet...

As long as the service is ok, I did look at Vodafone once, but i heard the router was rubbish.

I used the Vodafone chat and they flatly denied it. I have a record of the chat!
