superfastpromotions.com (Google Nest Hub Max)

I'm trying to claim my Google Nest Hub Max think, from the claims website, but it seems to be broken.... has anyone been able to make a claim?

The website (https://superfastpromotions.com/gb/en/claims/vodafonegooglenest/order-lookup), just reports when I enter my Order Number (as copied and pasted from VF order confirmation email):

Late i know,. but think the 30 days wait is from when it was installed, not when you ordered.

not sure I would want anything google controlling stuff in my house,they are prob worst company on planet for harvesting user info

I was an existing, renewing customer...

Order has now been accepted by the website, but is awaiting manual verification by the VF goons.
