speed Issues

Vodafone seem to be having some issues tonight as I tried to do a speed test using speedtest.net and all the vodafone servers were down couldn't connect said no internet connection tried a server in London and the results were 17 Mbs down and 96 Mbs up did a speed test on here and get this

Speed test volume and speeds overall for today and evening look within normal range

So possibly something more regional than the full network falling over
