Ever since switching to Vodafone we've had nothing but packet loss issues and stuttering on our connection trying to watch Netflix or Youtube videos. Complained and got no where with it so went to Deadlock.
Been using pathping to google and thinkbroadband sites and some have come up with 100% packet loss and some have come up with 63% packet loss. All the Complaints adviser could do was feed me lines about poor wifi and offer a wifi extender.
Anyone got to Deadlock stage? Is there anything more I can do to ensure I get released from the contract?

So is the packet loss a problem JUST over wifi or showing up when using Ethernet connected devices?

Both. I have played with the WiFi settings anyway by changing the channel to the clearest in my area (which they all are) I took the 'middle' channel for the maximum bandwidth.
The packet loss is also on my wired computer too but we're consistantly getting issues on our laptop, phones and TV trying to use any online service like Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime.
The person handling my complaint pretty much admitted their network gets congested due to the number of users. Which I told them seems like to me an admission of fault for not being able to provide the service as that was my experience. I'm hoping that's the smoking gun.

Good news, Vodafone has released me from their contract after conducting a 'review of my account and complaint'.

Could've had the same faster 160/30 package for £29.99/m from BT

Not too late for me to cancel. Still within my 14 day window. Is that the only charge? I didn't see this offer before on Friday. No hidden charges? BT can be a bit of a [censored] takers with that.

Zens is only the 115/20 OpenReach product.
BT do 160/30 on their Fibre 100 package

Ah yes, just noticed. In which case its even more of a no brainer paying £29.99/m for 160/30 (BT) rather than £38.99/m for 115/20 (Zen).

If they have let you out of contract then I would look at the leaving process. Ordinarily if you were going to another provider with Superfast package a WLTO would suffice. As you are moving to FTTP with another provider I'd be quizzing whether that will raise a cease on your existing copper connection (with VF).
You don't want to still get billed for services you are not using.

Already to spoke to them. A guy will be monitoring my account and I plan on cancelling it the day before switch over (once BT confirm the date). He has sent me an email detailing once they see I've switched or cancelled they'll remove any charges.
