I have VF through CityFIbre on the 900/900 package.
Using a Synology router, not a Fritzbox (no experience with this device). All you need is the PPPoE details (username and password). Although I was able to get this from Vodafone call support, they gave the incorrect details.
As someone else has suggested, best bet to request this on live chat (allowing for copy/paste) reducing spelling errors on their part.
One more thing, depending on if you are getting your internet through OpenReach or CityFIbre, I believe the VID code varies.
(For CityFibre it is 911)
