Problem with transfer of broadband and landline from Vodafon

Hi folks. I switched my broadband and landline to Plusnet, from Vodafone, on 3rd May but have just received a bill from Vodafone for another full month. It seems that, for whatever reason, Vodafone didn't get the message that my line was being taken over, so they still think my account is active. I have attempted, via their webchat, to speak to Vodafone and get them to cancel the incorrect bill, close my account, and issue me a correct final bill. Even speaking a supposed 'manager' via the webchat only elicits the same response - they cannot do what I ask, as their systems still show that my line and account are still active. All they will offer is to cancel my account today. I have therefore advised them that they will get no more money from me, and have cancelled my direct debit.

Can anyone give me contact details for someone at Vodafone who can sort this out for me?
