Vodafone home broadband experts - lol

Long story short I had the misfortune of getting a line fault shortly after migrating my FTTC connection to Vodafone. It was a lot of hassle and took more than a week to get it (not properly) repaired and after my download speed was below the contract guaranteed minimum.

Much more hassle and another visit from an incompetent Openreach engineer and the home broadband experts at Vodafone conclude there is nothing wrong with my VDSL connection which has SNR margins like this and below contract minimum guaranteed download speed. They refuse to send out an Openreach engineer again.

After about 20 years Vodafone and Openreach have finally driven me to sign up with my only alternative - Virgin media - god help me .
