With Vodafone Fibre 150 and I'm getting 7 Mb/s on single thread and 20Mb/s multi threaded, absolute rubbish.

No issues for me (Weymouth, Dorset) on FTTP 150, so I'd guess localised congestion?

what router are you using? Vodafone Power Hub
is this a new service? No 2 months old.
have you registered it as a fault? Checked the line and their automated line checker says I can get 196Mb/s up to their router so must be my equipment at fault.

It happens between 8pm and 10pm and get dropped packets at that time. It will be congestion, should never have got Vodafone.

I’m also experiencing connection issues between 8-10pm on my Full Fiber 900 connection (City fibre). I can see the issues started just over a week ago looking at my TB BB quality monitor results. It’s impacting peak time tv streaming in my house and is super frustrating!
Even more annoying as my connection has been rock solid for 18 months since I first got connected. I was about to renew my contract as there are decent upgrade deals on just now, but these issues are making me hold off to see if they get resolved. I’ve not raised a fault yet as I was hoping it was just a temporary glitch, but looks like it may be more of a widespread issue than I first thought.
Are you also on Vodafone via city fibre or open reach? Just wondering if there is a common factor to the issues.

No, my connection is Openreach but your common factor is Vodafone.

Try a test between 8pm and 10pm
Your test was midday and would expect it to be OK.

Please do report it as a fault, just because somebody else is having issues doesn't equate to it being the same

Ok i'm not sure how 196Mb/s came up as vodafone, only provdes 80mbits, 150Mbit/s, 500Mbit/s and 1Gbit/s connections on openreach.
Register this as a fault, as you shouldn't be getting a speed that low. also before you do and if you can do a speed test around 8 am 12pm and 4pm and of course the 9pm troublesome area. The report it as a fault of low speed.
use the tbb speed tester.
