I had to replace my Asus GT router with the VF one else they would refuse to support me, but then they said all is good because my download is > 450. Clearly they think an upload of 3.6 is ok (that's what I had earlier).
Any suggestions other than raising a format complaint? This is part of the chat:

agent : I have checked and line commands are being added to your router and your internet will starts working with great speed
agent : Could you please connect your wifi using 16 digits wifi and default wifi name from the back of your router?
(because wired isn't faster....)
agent : Let me confirm that we provide guarantee about minimum download speed and the upload speed might fluctuate depending upon various factors. I am not able to find any visible fault on the line and as per our tests you are getting above minimum guaranteed download speed of 455 MBPS. if the download speed goes below this figure then that would be considered as slow speed issue. We would request you to monitor the connection for a while. Changes in upload speed can happen due to traffic, network congestion, interference and host of other things. As of now as you are getting above the minimum guaranteed download speed so the system wont let me get a fault ticket raised.
