Had full fibre connected with Vodafone a couple of months ago. BB seems OK but am pestered by continuous disconnect on my phone. I make a call every evening that lasts up to 45 mins (or should do) but after a few minuits maybe 10, 15 or sometimes a bit longer the phone would go totally dead (disconnected).
I would call straight back and establish the call again without any problem or adjustments and carry on the converation. Sometimes without further disconnects often with.
Both phones have been checks carefully for problems and none found.
These same two phones have been working with no problems on BTs landline for years before my move to Vodafone.
Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
