I have alrady asked this question in another form (BT Voyager 220V current version 3.01n - Upgrade?) but, having had no answers am giving more detail in this post.
My wife in particular uses our BT Talk via the Voyager 220V router quite frequently and there have been no problems since we started using it in 2006. Recently, however, we often find the line is dead when we go to use it. This is easily restored by rebooting the router but that normally has the result of reducing the line speed. I think what happens is that, when "resynching", the BB talk connection is dropped and needs manual restoration through the reboot.
On the BT Talk FAQ site, there is a suggestion that the firmware may need upgrading (currently 3.01n). Can anyone advise on this?
