Need help to set up Linksys PAP2 with BTbroadband

I have problem setting up a linksys PAP2 with BT broadband talk. I have the PAP2 connect to a linksys switch hub the switch hub show that I have a link but is not transmission. I can see the linksys on the network, I have no dial tone, the light on the PAP2 line 1 or line 2 do not light up when I lift the handset. The only light I have on the PAP2 is power, the etherent light

The firmware on the linksys PAP2 is 3.1.22(LS). I need some help please

sorry mate bad news i did a big artice with full info how to do this back in mid 2006. and it worked perfect. in late jan 2007 bt changed the way their sip servers work and the pap2 no longer registers correctly anymore, this was Bt's intention to stop 3rd party hardware such as the pap2 from registering.

i had to change over to a BT Voyager 10v adaptor (�10 ebay new) which i still use now, i got my pap2 out about 8 weks ago and had another go without luck. seems its a 10v only now.
