first question is do you want to integrate a landline or have a "VoIP only" phone connected to an ATA.

If you want the landline then the Linksys PAP2 will do two unrelated VoIP accounts onto two separate phones.

The SPA3102 will integrate a landline and one or more VoIP accounts onto a single phone.

If you want to buy a phone as well the Siemens S450 will do multiple VoIP accounts and a landline onto a DECT handset or several.

If your happy setting up yoru own server i can higly reccomend www.asterisk.org

It has support for multiple suppliers and the possablitys are out of this world.

Badbit: The GNU documentation says that
this bit is set when the stream is "unusable".
Presumably the intent is that once this bit
becomes set, all bets are off on that stream forever.

if you buy them from hardware retailers they are never locked, it is only when supplied as part of a service like Vonage that they are locked but in that case they are free or highly subsidised.

The link was in the posting you replied to. It should work with any router that has an Ethernet connection.

Hi Phil Hope youve had a great weekend,

Your link to broadbandbuyer produces

"ERROR MESSAGE
The product group requested does not exists or an incorrect value has been entered. Please reselect from the product groups. "

ARE you aware or has it changed as a link, only just got the time to re-look at it to buy one and its now dead. Im sure it was there when you posted it.
Cheers
D
