Need UK 0207 number and US number on hosted VoIP

Hi,

Started in a new company and I'm setting up the phone solution. Right now we need a

UK 0207 number
US number (ideally boston area code but not essential)

That I can forward to a UK mobile to start with. After we are a bit more set up I'd like to set up proper hardware VoIP phones using SIP, but we won't need that for another 3 months or so when we move into our own office.

Any ideas? Sipgate doesn't do US numbers anymore it appears.

The 020 7xxx numer range shouldn't be a problem, as you no doubt know, but searching google with the term

'DID Number provider sip'

might help for the Boston number

e.g. http://www.mydivert.com/ are the first search result and they appear to offer a 617 area code - I have no experience of those guys though - but it might help as a starting point, I hope!

020 7xx numbers are running low, although they are currently still available.

Why 0207 ?

020 is the area code for London and defining the first digit can make it difficult. What is wrong with 020 8aaa nnnn or 020 3aaa nnnn ?
