Panasonic KX-TGP500 on Bt buisness voip

Hi, I have been trying to make a these panasonic phones work with bt with no success so far.
My problem, I hope, is lining up the sip details given to me by bt with the sip settings that the panasonic web portal needs.

From bt:
name/username: 0560349****
SIP password: ***************
Domain: bmnhb-03.bt.com
Alt Domain: sip.bbvservice.nat.bt.com
Outbound proxy: www.bbvservice-560349.bt.com
IP address: 62.239.15.***

I have confirmed these by copying a configuration link off the bt website which also showed the port to be 5060 in each case.

The web portal wants:

There are some other settings but all seem to have defaults and don't relate to any information I have.
Some of them are obvious but having tried numerous variations on the others with no joy I thought i'd see if anyone knew what they might be.

There is another line working on a cisco phone provided by bt and if I use the bt soft phone i can dial out on this line and receive calls.

Any help would be massively appreciated

I have to admit, configuring some voip phones can be a right pain on the back side.
Just one word of advice, once you do get it working, save the config in a voip folder on your pc or dropbox. you can then use it as a master, and edit it or modify the config going forwards.

I have some panasonic voip phones that are configured but not being used in a cupboard somewhere. If the link above does not help i will get them out of storage and try to help. Admittedly i am not using BT for voip, so it may.may not help you.

Hi, thanks for the link. I tried copying it for the panasonic web portal but still no joy. I'm wondering if it might be an issue with bt or the router some how as i've tried configuring a couple of soft phones , 3cx and xlite, and can get neither to dial out though the 3cx phone shows it has registered. However the bt softphone will work perfectly. I'm not trying any of them at the same time. Thank you for the offer of seeing your settings, I have looked and tried copying settings for the same model phone with many different carriers but none have worked so far. Unfortunately bt want nothing to do with 3rd party phones. Running out of ideas with this flashing orange status light becoming ever more antagonising.

Have it working, just thought I'd post the settings in case someone else comes across the same problem.
