Anyone use Telappliant for a small office (7 phones) + FTTC?

We are a small business and I've seen telappliant on the front of the thinkbroadband web site winning an ISPA award for something a few weeks back. Does anyone use them for phone and FTTC broadband? Would like to know if it's worth switching over to them.

I use Voiptalk (which is owned by Teleappliant) for my two voip phones and it always seems to work fine for me and support went over and above to assist me recently when I had hardware issues (not their fault).

I ended up going with Digital Airtime and it's been very good. The call quality is excellent and the system is easy to configure. Just a web browser interface to change settings on the phones. Not had the first bill yet, but it should be cheaper per month than unicom.

Happy with it so far, but only had it a couple of weeks.
