Discountvoip.co.uk Call Rates

Does anyone who uses discountvoip.co.uk for outgoing calls within the UK understand their call rates?

I can see there is a 5p (not sure if it includes or excludes VAT) setup fee for each call then the following are listed on their website

United Kingdom (Landline) £ 0.0050
United Kingdom [Others] (Mobile) £ 0.1200
United Kingdom [Main] (Mobile) £ 0.0030
United Kingdom [084 Rate] £ 0.0700
United Kingdom [087 Rate] £ 0.2000
United Kingdom [Personal] £ 0.3000

My question is does anyone know the difference between Mobile Main and Mobile Others?

Any help would be much appreciated.

There is no 5p setup fee charged for normal calls, i.e. dialled from a phone in the conventional manner!
The 5p setup fee comes about when you use a service offered by Discountvoip which they confusingly describe as 'Phone-to-Phone'. This is where you setup a call between two numbers from a webpage but don't actually dial either of them in the conventional manner.
If you click on 'phone-to-phone' on the 'Rates' page you will get an explanation of this service.

Regarding 'Mobile Main and Mobile Others', I've yet to see a call to a UK mobile that wasn't charged at the lower rate.

IMHO, the lower rate applies to:
O2
EE
Three
Virgin
Vodafone

But not to:
Lyca
Any Other provider
