DECT Phones with N300A

[link to this post]

Can I use a cheap BT DECT phone such as a 090661 with a Gigaset N300A in a VOIP set-up or am I best staying with Gigaset handsets ?

It may work, but there are some pretty poor reviews:

Personally, I would stick with Gigaset

Ligo are usually well priced for Gigaset gear:

Though if you need more than one it’s cheaper buying them as a bundle rather than singly. They even do a Gigaset handsfree smart speaker (w/ Amazon Alexa) if that’s your thing.

IME you may be able to make and receive calls but advance functions such as transferring directory entries from one phone to another may well not work. Probably best to buy a bundle of an N300A and some Gigaset phones.
