Phoneline+ (from Gamma) and Fritz!box

Am trying out Phoneline+ from Gamma through a reseller.
NO problems with outgoing calls but cant get incoming to work through the Fritz!box.
Incoming works using the Phoneline+ apps - windows and Android.
Also cant get incoming to work on Android "Softphone".

No problems with incoming or outgoing using my Sipgate Basic VOIP service on same hardware.
Been suggest ed I need to " disable SIP ALG " which you cant on Fritz!box products, and not convinced that this is the issue.
Before I terminate the Phoneline+ trial any suggestions or anyone had experience of Phoneline+ ?
nb Have static Ip and FTTP

I have no experience with Phoneline+ but been using Fritzbox for VoIP for 10+ years (and have worked on SIP systems for several years before retiring).

If you have a static IP and (I assume) are using the Fritzbox built-in SIP functions, then I can't see any reason why you would have the problem that you describe. Besides that, if it works with Sipgate, then it should work with Phoneline+ in the same way. In that configuration, you won't need SIP ALG.

If you really want to dig deeper, you could save a support file on the Fritzbox (option: Save Support Information / Advanced Support Information) immediately after a failed incoming call and then look through the SIP messages to see whether there are any INVITEs arriving from their SIP server.

Are you using the Fritzbox as your router, or is there another router involved?

On Fritzbox click on "Help and Info" on bottom l/h side, then scroll down to very bottom of page and click on "FRITZ!Box Support"
On the support page, it is under "Support Information"

that is assuming FritzOs 7.57, might be different on older versions
