Android App for VOIP calling

Hi,

going to unlink my landlline from my BB and looking to move to A&A. I know some ISP I cant use my VOIP number with them on the supplied router.

Any recommendations for an Android and Iphone app to use? Can you install it on multiple phones for the same number?

Acrobits, either Softphone (simple) or Goundwire (more features for more money)

Can you install it on multiple phones for the same number?

A&A allow this, other providers may not.
