Blocking numbers on AAISP

[link to this post]

Hi guys, I have AAISP voip running through N300 and 3 Gigaset E390HX handsets. There is no feature to block incoming calls anywhere. Does anyone have a solution as to how to do it if i have a bunch of numbers that I can see in AAISP CDR list?

Thanks

AAISP don’t offer any call blocking features. You will need to purchase a device that offers such features built in.

Call customer service and ask for blocking on specific number(s). I have done this a couple of times, and asked why they don't just permit it on line. The answer was that it will get done eventually. Rather annoying if you have frequent block/unblock requests, but maybe a stream of requests will provoke them into action.
